1. Returns and cancellation

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 21 days of shipping, provided they are unused and in original condition. Exclusions apply to:

2. How to Return or cancel

Fill in our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

 

3. Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process the refund within 30 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

 

4. Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
